Lol I believe they told me once that most bakers take that day off as well as salons because they are coming off of the weekend and it's kinda a waste of time and money to do Mondays! I think I am the only person who wants fresh baked goods and a nice shampoo and style on a Monday! Hehehehe, but seriously, Fridays and Saturdays are their busiest days, and with Mondays being slow it's not really a necessity to open up for business. Side note, I am sure they hate Tuesdays! That's a good one!
